Last night on TVNZ the Sunday program featured a selection of incredible Kiwi businesses using Artificial Intelligence to create new products and solutions solving problems and creating new opportunities in billion-dollar markets.

Robotics Plus is building robots and automation systems to do the jobs that people don’t want to do. The labour demand is increasing as the horticulture industry grows and labour-tourism is falling so there is a massive labour shortage.

Soul Machines launched a Digital Human to provide advice and support for FAQ’s during COVID that formed a partnership with the World Economic Forum.

These two examples of New Zealand companies growing through lockdown is an inspiration.
